Base Material: Adopts multi-layer solid wood veneers (commonly poplar, eucalyptus, birch, etc.), which are assembled by crossing the grain direction of adjacent layers, glued with melamine glue or phenolic glue, and pressed under high temperature and high pressure. It has a clear structure, stable structure, high bending strength, not easy to warp and deform, excellent transverse tensile mechanical properties, no knots, wormholes and other defects. The moisture content is controlled at 8%-12%, which is suitable for use in different environments.
Decorative Layer: Melamine-impregnated decorative paper, adopting high-precision printing technology, can simulate various patterns such as natural wood grain, stone grain, solid color, and cloth grain.
